Our Mission
is to become a leading education program in Radiologic Sciences.
Goals
- To educate men and women in the Radiologic Sciences so that they may function as highly skilled medical imaging professionals.
- Ability of graduates to acquire the technical skills necessary to provide the best image quality with the least amount of radiation exposure to the patient.
- To function as an integral member of the health care team in hospitals
Program Description
Radiologic Sciences is the health profession concerned with medical imaging for diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of disease. Technological advances and the invention of new imaging modalities now place Radiologic Sciences among the most dynamic, expanding, and high-demand fields in clinical medicine.
Because it is comprehensive, careers for graduates in radiologic science at BMC include, but are not limited to, clinical practice in areas such as General radiography, Vascular imaging, Cardiac catheterization, Fluoroscopic procedures, interventional radiology, Ultrasound imaging, Nuclear Medicine scanning, Computerized tomography scanning, and Magnetic resonance imaging.
Head Of Program Message
Welcome to the Radiologic Sciences Program at BMC! It is our sincere hope that you will find our program a rewarding and challenging part of your life. As a health care team, we are working toward one goal to provide the best possible care to the patients we are privledged to serve. We will be happy to tell you more about the career in the Radiologic Sciences Program and provide you with an understanding of our policies upon your request.

Career Path / Advice
There is a great opportunity for those graduates in Radiologic Sciences to work in hospitals and other health care facilities providing medical service for patients. Higher education programs in Saudi universities are up until now short of such qualification.
