BMC offers Bachelor degrees in the following programs:

Note: All high school applicants will join the Preparatory Year (Also known as Foundation Year), (except those wanting to apply for Healthcare Administration) and will join the program based on their Preparatory Year grades, preferences and seat availability.

Rules of Registration and Admission

  1. General rules:
  2. 1.1. Registration & Admission will be granted on a “First qualified, first served” basis.

    1.2. It is mandatory for all the applicants to register online.

    1.3. Online registration is not the confirmation of admission. Acceptance of admission will be confirmed after passing the personal interview. Applicants failing the interview cannot get admission in BMC.

    1.4. BMC will not accept any document without online registration. Applicants have to attach all required documents (High school certificate, Diploma certificate, Transcript, copy of Saudi ID /Iqama, copy of passport, pictures, etc) on online portal.

    1.5. BMC will not accept medically unfit applicants.

    1.6. Four types of applicants can apply in BMC:

    • Saudi high school applicant(s) (Saudi curriculum)
    • International high school applicant(s) (International curriculum)
    • Bridging applicant(s)(Diploma applicants)
    • University/College transfer applicant(s) (Undergraduate applicants)

  3. Interview rules:
  4. 2.1. All applicant(s) will have to go through a personal interview at the BMC campus.

    2.2. BMC will invite the eligible applicant(s) for a personal interview any time during the registration period.

    2.3. BMC will send an email for the interview. If applicant(s) don't receive any emails within two weeks after online registration then the applicant(s) must visit the college.

    2.4. Registration fee must be paid before the interview. For refunding registration fees, refer to the “Fee Refund” procedure.

    2.5. Applicant(s) having an international curriculum will go through the BET (Batterjee Entrance Test) before the interview.

    2.6. Applicant(s) must bring the registration fee receipt and the “online registration code” at the time of interview.

    2.7. Interview result can be notified to the applicant(s) through SMS and/or email on registered contact information.

    2.8. Applicant(s) should bring their original High school certificate and original Saudi ID/Iqama to show their identity at the time of interview.

    2.9. Applicant(s) have to inform BMC in case of their absence from the interview, otherwise the interview will be cancelled.


  5. Admission rules:
  6. 3.1. Upon getting email of “Acceptance of admission”, applicant(s) must follow the below rules otherwise the seat will be cancelled:

    • Visit BMC for proper enrollment in system within the given time period.
    • Pay the first semester tuition fee.
    • Submit original high school certificate/Transcript/ Diploma certificate.
    • Submit BMC medical report (Registration fee is not refundable for medically unfit students)
    • Submit copy of Saudi ID/Iqama and passport.
    • Submit six passport size pictures.

Requirements for Saudi High School Applicants

  1. Applicants must be a holder of high school certificate with science subjects.
  2. High school certificate must not be older than 5 years (from the date of graduation) at the time of registration in BMC.
  3. Total percentage of grades required in high school for Medicine & Dentistry:


  4. High School marks 80% and above
    Qudarat marks 65 and above
    Tahsili  marks 70 and above


    Note: Applicant(s) with less than the above mentioned criteria can only apply for Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Radiologic Sciences and Healthcare Administration based on Preparatory Year grades in BMC subject to the availability of seat.

Rules & Requirements for International Curriculum Applicants

  1. Applicants must be a holder of a high school certificate (12th grade) with science subjects attested by concerned Ministries. For British curriculum: O level with 6 subjects which must include Biology, Chemistry, Math, Physics and English. AS Level or A level with 2 subjects (Biology , Chemistry , Physics).
  2. Accumulative marks in high school ………….80% and above.
  3. High school certificate must not be older than 5 years (from the date of graduation) at the time of registration in BMC.
  4. Translation and attestation of document(s) if the document is not in the English language.
  5. Original Equivalence Certificate of high School from the MOE (Ministry of Education) if needed.
  6. Applicants will go through BET (Batterjee Entrance Test: free of charge).
  7. Note: Applicant(s) with less than the above mentioned criteria can only apply for Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Radiologic Sciences and Healthcare Administration based onPreparatory Year grades in BMC subject to the availability of seats.

    Rules & Requirements for Bridging Applicants

    1. BMC will only accept Bridging applicant(s) in Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Radiologic Sciences and Healthcare Administration.
    2. All types of diploma applicants can only join the program in which they have finished their diploma.
    3. Bridging applicant(s) having a diploma of 3 years or more, may join from the 3rd year of the program and applicants having a diploma of less than 3 years, may join from the 2nd year of the program in BMC.
    4. The following documents are required for Bridging applicant(s):
      • High School Certificate.
      • Diploma Certificate and Transcript
      • Certificate of Professional Accreditation from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties(with valid date)
      • No objection certificate from work place (If working)
      • TOEFL, ILETS or Step as mention in the table:

    Rules for Preparatory Year Graduated Applicants

    Applicants who have completed the Preparation Year in any other college/university with science subjects can apply to for any program in BMC as per below criteria:

    • CGPA 4.5 and above (out of 5) can apply for any programs in BMC.
    • CGPA from 4 to 4.4 can only apply for Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Preparatory Year.
    • CGPA from 3.5 to 3.9 can only apply for Physical Therapy, Radiologic Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Foundation year.
    • CGPA less than 3.5 can only apply for Healthcare Administration or Preparatory Year.

    Rules & Requirements for Transfer Applicants

    1. Applicants studying in other colleges/universities can transfer to BMC in any program.
    2. The following documents are required for transfer applicant(s):
      • High School Certificate
      • Studied curriculum of the program.
      • Transcript with finished credit hours.

    Fee Structure

    Registration fees:

    1. All the applicant(s) have to pay the registration fee (SR 3,500) at the time they apply to BMC for admission.
    2. The registration fee is payable only once at the time of registration.

    4. After the acceptance into BMC all students are required to pay semester tuition fees within a given time period.

    7. Modes of payment:
      • Cash payment in BMC during the working day.
      • Cheque after verification from bank through Finance department
      • Bank to bank transfer (the payment will only be considered after submission of original receipt to financial coordinator of Student Affairs)
      • Cash deposit in BMC account directly ( the payment will only be considered after submission of original receipt to financial coordinator of Student Affairs )  

    Discounts

    1. BMC offers excellent grade based discounts, sibling discounts and employees children discounts.
    2. Only CASH students can avail of these discounts.
    3. These discounts will only be given on tuition fees.
    4. Students can get all types of discounts at once if applicable before the end of academic year.

    Grants upon excellent academic performance:

    1. The student(s) will start getting grade discounts after completing the 1st year in BMC based on their BMC annual grades.
    2. If the annual average of the students grades is 90% or more, discounts will be as follows:
      • If the average is 90% to 94.99%, the student is entitled to get a 15% discount on the current years tuition fee.
      • If the average is 95% to 100%, the student is entitled to get a 20% discount on the current years tuition fee.

    Siblings Discount:

    1. For parents having 2 or more children studying in BMC, each student will get a 5% discount annually.
    2. Step siblings (children from same father or same mother) can get the sibling discount.

    Employee children discount:

    1. 1) If an employee has one or more children studying in BMC, each student will get a 10% discount annually.

    Reactivation

    BMC No show or withdrawal student(s) may rejoin within two years from the date of No show or withdrawal in the system. After two years, there will be no reactivation, but student(s) can start their studies from the beginning in BMC as per new admission and registration requirements.

    Al- Forsan Scholarship Rules

    1. BMC is offers two types of Al-Forsan scholarships
      1. 50% Al-Forsan scholarship.
      2. 100% Al-Forsan scholarship

    2. Al-Forsan scholarships will be awarded to both BMC regular student(s) and newly registered student(s).
    3. New applicants must be registered online on the BMC portal in order to apply for Al-Forsan scholarships.
    4. Al-Forsan scholarships will be conducted during the registration period for the new registered student(s) and in the start of the 1st semester for BMC regular students.
    5. Al-Forsan scholarships will cover the tuition fee only.
    6. Once the student lostes the scholarship, he/she has to apply again as a new applicant.

    7. Rules to apply for Al-Forsan scholarship:

      • All students/applicants with 95% and above annual grades in high school or in BMC current annual grades can apply for the Al-Forsan scholarship.
      • Students/applicants must not have any warning letters (If BMC becomes aware of this at any time durinh his/her studies, he/she he/she will lose the Al-Forsan scholarship).

      Renewal of Scholarship:

      After getting the Al- Forsan scholarship, the scholarship is to be renewed yearly based on the below criteria:

      • Students should not get any warning letter.
      • Students should get 85% or above to continue the awarded scholarship (100% Al-Forsan scholarship or 50% Al-Forsan scholarship).
      • If the student average is from 80% to 84.99% the 100% Al-Forsan scholarship will cover 50% of the tuition fees and 50% Al-Forsan scholarship will cover 25% of the tuition fees.
      • There will be no scholarship if the student average is less than 80%.

    Holding Studies

    Students may withdraw from the college any time during the studies for any reason. In such case, the student should submit the withdrawal request to the Student Affairs Department for approval.

    A student may hold for a maximum of two years during their studies in BMC.

    Student Withdrawal

    Students may withdraw from the college any time during the studies for any reason. In such case, the student should submit the withdrawal request to the Student Affairs Department for approval.

    Fee Refund

    1) Students can request the refund of amount paid by himself/herself based on the following:

    • An extra paid amount by the student
    • An amount paid for a service but cancelled by the college
    • An amount paid for a service which is not availed of the student.

    Registration fee refund:

    1. The Registration fee is refundable in particular conditions:
      1. If the applicant is rejected in the interview
      2. Non availability of seats
      3. If the college did not contact the student

    2. The registration fee is Non-refundable in particular conditions:
      1. If the applicant did not appear for the interview on given date and time.
      2. If the applicant did not to continue after getting acceptance from BMC.
      3. If the applicant is not meeting the admission requirements.
      4. If the applicant submit fake documents/information for admission (identified anytime during their studies).
      5. If the applicant failed to submit the required documents or semester tuition fee within prescribed/said time period after getting acceptance from BMC.
      6. If the applicant did not respond back to the college within prescribed/said time period after receiving any SMS or email from BMC.

    Tuition fee refund:

    1. Newly registered students:
      1. Newly registered student(s) can get the refund of full tuition fee if he/she withdraws any time one week before the start of the academic year.
      2. If newly registered student(s) applies for the withdrawal during the last week before the start of academic year, he/she will get the refund of 90% tuition fee.
      3. At the start of academic year in case newly registered student(s) did not attend the classes and want to withdraw from the college, then the tuition fee is refundable as per the table below:

        Within 2nd week of semester 70%  of semester fee
        Within or after 3rd week of semester 50%  of semester fee


      5. If the newly registered student(s) attend the classes and want to withdraw from the college than the tuition fee is refundable as per the table below:

    2. BMC regular students:
      1. BMC regular student(s) can get the refund of full paid tuition fees upon withdrawal/termination if he/she did not attend the classes.
      2. If BMC regular student(s) attend the classes and want to withdraw/terminated from the college then tuition fee is refundable as per the table below:
